Pillar Centre Holds a Virtual Meeting with a Nigerian Organization
Within the efforts of the Pillar Centre for Conflict Resolution, International Arbitration and Scientific Research to contribute to creating solutions to global crises that pose a threat to humans’ life, safety and meeting their needs, Pillar Centre held a virtual meeting with Jela Organization, during which it was agreed to implement a number of activities and projects in Nigeria, which concern youth in terms of decreasing unemployment and poverty crisis.
The discussion also touched on the possibility of implementing activities in the field of mental health in partnership with other global organizations, due to the high rates of depression and suicide in the development countries after the spread of the Corona epidemic and the economic crisis that afflicted the world due to the closure.
At the end of the meeting, it was stressed on the need for concerted international efforts and mobilization of energies in order to reduce the circumstances and repercussions of the Corona epidemic on people’s lives and the psychological effects of that.
